In the last few days, we Brazilian players have been getting disconnected frequently. And it's not a problem with our internet. Speaking with some Brazilians, they all reported being disconnected. Including my cousin, who died twice, two days in a row. I'd like to know if you're really having problems with the quality of hosting for Brazilian players. We really like the server and pay for a premium account to have a quality service and not waste hours playing due to deaths like this. In fact, it discourages me from playing and hunting for fear of being disconnected. Can you give us an update on this? Thank you. |
